Is there any way to unlink/relink an XBOX-BHVR account?

I have been trying for two days now to get my twitch drops to unlock in-game on series X. Even after unlinking and relinking my twitch account (after claiming the drops) nothing has happened in game. When I try to unlink my Xbox account it gives an error and says I am unable to because I have 1 game already synced. 

I have tried to email dbd/bhvr support but there is complete silence on their end for this issue. Does anyone know how to get the twitch drops to work? I’ve already claimed them and they appear as claimed on both twitch and bhvr. I even thought that maybe I needed to connect my Xbox and twitch accounts but that didn’t do anything either. Any support would be appreciated!
