Only got standard edition rewards on DBD for Frank Stone
I pre-ordered the deluxe edition of Frank Stone and claimed my rewards on behavior, but they only gave me the standard edition rewards. Did this happen to anyone else?

I can't even claim my rewards, how did you do it? I have the game in my BHVR library but it just shows me the trailer when I click it...
And then this is all I get when I click it. When I press Buy It Now, it takes me to my PS account where it says it's purchased

I only received the Standard Edition rewards, missing the Deluxe Edition rewards. I sent a ticket to Support so hopefully they fix it.
Go to the Dead by Daylight game page on your BHVR account. There is a rewards tab there where you claim them.

The issue has been fixed. New players should get their rewards as normal, but players who've already launched the game should submit a support ticket!

It happened to me as well. Only got the standard rewards. Bought the PS5 deluxe edition. I submitted a support ticket today to Behavior.

Thank you for this! Thought the DbD bonus would add automatically/wouldn't have thought to go to DbD and then find a Rewards tab there :P
I only got standard edition because I don't play Trapper and don't want the option to "redo stuff" right away.
What I wanted most were the 2M BP since it will help me in my long journey to p100 Alucard and Dracula.0 -
