I didn’t get my Casting of Frank Stone rewards.

I pre-registered the deluxe version of the game however I didn’t get my rewards yet. I’m on Xbox one so I can’t download it but I still own it and it’s connected to my BHVR account. Is that the reason why I haven’t gotten my things on its release?

    Go to the DBD section of your BHVR account.

    https://account.bhvr.com/account/my-account/games/dbd

    Log in if you need to.

    Click on rewards.

    Scroll down to the Frank Stone section and click on claim rewards. In there you can select your platforms and get the rewards if eligible.
