Where do I get my pre-order content for Frank Stone

I bought the deluxe edition of Frank Stone about a month ago, I expected the dead by daylight stuff would come when the game released but it hasn't gone into my game yet so I don't know, how do I redeem it?

    If it's in your BHVR account under owned games go to DBD (on BHVR account) and scroll to the bottom you should be able to redeem your rewards and pick your platform. You'll get them in game after that.
