Frank Stone Killer Concept
Killer: The Champion (Frank Stone)
POWER: LIMELIGHT
SPECIAL ABILITY: PROJECTOR
The Champion can manifest through projectors placed around the map. When manifesting, all survivors within 24 meters of any projectors give the killer Callback progress.
Callback progress allows the killer to grow in power. The killer’s powers grow according to the following tiers.
Tier 2 - Gain 50% lunge distance towards your basic attack. Survivors hit with your basic attack now suffer from the Incapacitated Status Effect for 8 seconds.
Tier 3 - Projectors now emit a terror radius of up to 16 meters. All survivors within a Projector’s terror radius suffer from the Exposed Status Effect and lingers for 30 seconds when going outside of the radius. The killer’s red stain is hidden.
SPECIAL ITEM: CAMERA
Survivors can interact with a Camera which will spawn at a random Projector. There can only be one Camera active at a time.
While holding the Camera, press the interact button and look in the killer’s direction to drain their Callback progress. Callback progress can be decreased all the way to tier 1.
While Callback progress is being drained, the Camera holder is inflicted with killer instinct and suffers from the hindered status effect.
The Camera only has a limited amount of film. Once the film charges are drained, the Camera instantly breaks. The Camera will respawn at a random projector.
PERKS
BEHIND SCHEDULE - Whenever a survivor performs a rushed action into a locker, they remain trapped within for the next 8/10/12 seconds.
HEX: PURGE THE WORLD - Snuffing a boon totem turns it into a hex totem. While this hex is active, all survivors suffer from the incapacitated status effect when within 6 meters of a dull totem.
MORE THAN YOU COULD CHEW - Healthy survivors who stun the killer by any means lose 1 health state. This perk goes on cooldown for 60/50/40 seconds.
P.S: I understand these ideas may have some balancing issues with already existing perks, but this is something I made rapid fire. Something I wanted to do for fun.
