The Doctor's Wild Asylum Outfit is Still Bugged

I believe I reported this issue in May, then July, and now, now. To refresh, when wearing the Head Piece of The Doctor's "Wild Asylum" Outfit, the electricity particles produced naturally by the outfit will appear in front of the First Person Camera, making playing with the outfit very disorienting.
Thank you, and please deploy a fix for this soon.
