Anyone else having problems with ExitLag?

Hello. I'm from Peru and kinda live in a grey zone between SA and NA servers. I found using ExitLag was the only way to consistently keep my ping below 100.
After the recent patch though, I've been getting this error before even getting into the game "EAC client could not be instantiated" and the game closes. It works normally without the program but my ping goes back up to 100+.
