How long is the Submit a Request takes?

I had an issue for unlink both of my Xbox and PlayStation accounts when it said "due to having 1 or more games currently synced". I did submit a request like couple days and I was wondering how long will they respond my request.

    It depends on the amount of requests they have at this time, just be sure not to open additional tickets, because in that case you would be sent back into the queue.

    Ohhh… I think I did open additional tickets twice cuz I didn't know the first one was already submitted after I created the account to report a problem. Now I feel like I would be sent back into the queue :(
