Should Rainbow Maps and Skeleton Keys be present in the bloodweb, compared to other Ultra Rares?
I don't know if you know about this, but currently, Rainbow Maps, and Skeleton keys, compared to Syringes, Brand New Parts, Odd Bulb and Gel Dressing, are much much harder to find.
This across bloodweb, from level 1 to 50.
This, indirectly, contributes to Medkits, Syringes, and Toolboxes being used much more, because the rarities below Ultra Rare of Keys and Maps are too weak.
So, that's another reason why in matches you see so many Medkits, Toolboxes, and Flashlights, but never Maps or Keys: because, for a player that doesn't have the time to grind 5/6 hours a day, the Rainbow Map and the Skeleton Key are exotic items almost. While, in comparison, any Medkit can have an Ultra Rare Syringe or Styptic.
Given these reasons:

It's ridiculous that, from p 1 to p100, I ONLY got 60 of them.
While, instead, I got over 300+ Syringes! That's absolutely ridiculous!

A Brown medkit saves 8s. An Iri Key does what? An Iri Map does what? Once these items become usable, then sure, make more show up. Currently they are sadly dead weight and wasted BP.
The funniest thing is Maps actually got nerfed. When they added the multiple build tabs, if you see a map, swap off the Shaman build into a normal build. That is so pathetic lol. Make maps viable against normal builds.
IMO an item should be balanced around Brown saving 8s, and each rarity adds ~2s more. That would make Iri items worth 16s as a baseline. Make Keys and Maps save 12s/14s/16s (dependent on rarity), and they would have use in the game.

Yes, but it depends on some add-on reworks to make Maps and Keys more viable.
There are some brilliant add-ons that are under-used, yet very useful. Glass Beads are a great example of this, but I feel some add-ons are not as inventive.
Map add-ons should allow more aura reading abilities which can be shared, or dynamic sharing of where people are. Key add-ons could be more along the lines of mini-perks, such as granting stealth, speed or other attributes, to make them more useful since they are very niche now.
A rework is needed to make them more fun to use. The Rainbow Map is already good. The Iri Key could do with more though. I just think the add-ons need more of a focus.

Yes. And they need to be as common as medkits and toolboxes. You have a lot of toolboxes and medkits? You get more maps and keys so you can't easily stockpile a whole bunch of overpowered items.
Same with Killer addons tbh.
