In the old system, when characters reached level 40, all perks would be unlocked for all survivors. All veteran players know this. In the current system, perks are unlocked when you reach P1. The problem is that perks I had previously unlocked now appear as "locked" (even though I had them unlocked). Because of this, I can't easily tell which perks I have and which I don't, so I have to check them one by one. If a HUD update is made to visually distinguish unlocked perks, this confusion could be prevented. Similarly, perks purchased from the Shrine of Secrets should not appear as locked on the character screen.
