Chapter Idea for a licensed chapter

So after watching the Movie (Stay Alive-2000) I thought it was pretty meh but thought it was a pretty neat concept. I am currently working on a full Killer/Survivor/Map concept and just wanted other opinions on if it's a good idea or to just scrap it
