"Outta Nowhere" has been bugged for PS4/PS5 players for quite some time now, and whenever anyone posts about it, it's flagged as a duplicate and you're sent to an old bug report on it with no progress. It's not listed as a known issue, and it's been sitting there for quite some time, piling up duplicate reports.

    I've had the same complaint but clearly, this is falling on deaf ears.
