I hate facing Skull Merchant im glad shes getting nerfs but these nerfs are overkill thats gonna make an m1 killer F tier with a .5% pickrate but instead of reasonable balance discussion my fellow majority Survivors are cheering and chanting with blood fury active being glad shes unplayable for anyone.

Billy: Glad his overdrive will be harder to get.

Twins: Rare killer made worse but its twins so meh

Unknown: This seems like a nerf to already bad killer with minor QoL not addressing problems with UK like the 3sec cleanse buffer survs get for looking at unknown for .5 secs also the small window of time to uvx a weakened Survivor. Finally Weakness does nothing and easily cleansed give weakness Hindered, blindness, mangled, incap, ANYTHING REALLY
