The Steve was a hacker who kept teleporting around. Nancy was with him. I have Clips for evidence in my Channel AstralNestTV if you need to see them

Couple things,
- Naming and Shaming isn't allowed so the pic should be edited or removed to not show names of the cheaters.
- If you want to report someone after reporting them in-game use this website.
