Can't launch the game

Whenever I open the game, the screen that displays the title and its programs are displayed but it closes itself after. I discussed the issue with a microsoft official and uninstalling the game, using a different account, and resetting my xbox didn't work. I play on an Xbox Series S, my username is The OP Leo, and this bug started a few days ago.
