Fallout Chapter Concept

Name: The Behemoth

Backstory: Marcus was once a human, transformed into a Super Mutant by the Forced Evolutionary Virus (FEV). Unlike many of his kind, Marcus retained a semblance of his former intelligence and humanity. However, the wasteland’s harshness and the constant battle for survival hardened him. Drawn into the Entity’s realm, Marcus became The Behemoth, a towering figure of brute strength and relentless fury.

Appearance: The Behemoth is a massive, hulking figure with green, leathery skin and glowing yellow eyes. He wears remnants of pre-war armor and carries a colossal, makeshift weapon crafted from scrap metal and concrete.

Weapon: A massive sledgehammer called “The Pulverizer.”

Power: Mutant Rage

  • Primary Ability: The Behemoth can enter a state of rage, increasing his movement speed and attack power for a short duration. During this time, he can break through pallets and walls with ease, creating an aura of fear around him.
  • Secondary Ability: The Behemoth can perform a “Ground Slam,” causing a shockwave that stuns and injures Survivors within a certain radius. Survivors hit by the shockwave are also slowed for a brief period.

Perks:

  1. Unstoppable Force: Gain a notification when a Survivor vaults a window or drops a pallet within a certain range. Breaking pallets and walls is faster, and you gain a speed boost after doing so.
  2. Hex: Brute Strength: Each time you hook a Survivor, gain a token. Each token increases your vaulting speed and reduces the cooldown of your Ground Slam ability. Additionally, for each token, the aura of nearby pallets and breakable walls within a certain radius are revealed to you.
  3. Crushing Presence: Survivors within your terror radius feel the immense weight of your presence, causing their physical capabilities to diminish. While within your terror radius, Survivors experience a significant reduction in their maximum health state recovery speed. Additionally, any Survivor who performs a rushed action (such as vaulting or sprinting) within your terror radius will suffer from a brief but severe movement speed penalty, making it harder for them to escape your grasp.

Survivor Concept: The Vault Dweller

Name: Sarah “Sparrow” Mitchell

Backstory: Sarah Mitchell was born and raised in Vault 76, a haven designed to preserve humanity after the nuclear apocalypse. Trained in survival and combat, she ventured into the wasteland to find her missing family. Her journey led her to confront numerous dangers, but nothing could prepare her for the horrors of the Entity’s realm.

Appearance: Sarah wears a modified Vault 76 jumpsuit, reinforced with leather armor and equipped with various survival tools. She has a determined look, with short, practical hair and a few scars from her battles in the wasteland.

Perks:

  1. Vault-Tec Training: Gain a bonus to skill check success zones when repairing generators and healing. Successful skill checks grant a small speed boost to the action being performed.
  2. Resourceful: Start the trial with a random item from the environment. Items found in chests have increased durability and efficiency.
  3. Lone Wanderer: When you are the last Survivor remaining, gain a significant boost to movement speed and the ability to see the aura of the exit gates.

Mori

The Behemoth grabs the Survivor by the neck with one massive hand, lifting them off the ground effortlessly.

With a roar, he slams the Survivor into the ground, creating a small shockwave that cracks the earth around them.

The Behemoth raises his sledgehammer, “The Pulverizer,” high above his head and brings it down with devastating force, crushing the Survivor’s body into the ground. As the dust settles, The Behemoth lets out a triumphant roar, standing over the fallen Survivor as the Entity’s realm absorbs their essence.
