SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Eyes of Belmont doesn't give the two seconds aura
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Had Alert, troubleshooting, Object of obsession and Eyes of Belmont, every time a perk triggered to see killers aura, the two seconds extra didn't show up
