could you please publish the criteria by which the % of BP Bonus changes?

in 2vs8 event
killer : 10-15minutes wait 0%
surv : 5 seconds wait 150%
surv 1000% is a reasonable bonus, but in reality it's only 150%.
There is a CAP, right?0 -
My survivor bonus is 250% and killer is 50%. You'd think if killer were at 0% they could give you 300% survivor

In ver8.4.0, only numerical adjustments were made that did not require program changes.
