Survivors don't scream when they get hooked

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Since the last Patch (and also in the PTB), Survivors don't scream most of the time when they get hooked. The Calm Spirit Perk was not used by any of them.

    Hardened also makes you not scream if you have managed to activate it and currently while playing Dracula the survivor does not scream. So if you were playing Dracula that might be the explanation.

    If Plot Twist is used they don't scream as well (Don't know if this is a bug)

    Was this as/against the Dark Lord?

    He has a strange bug right now where only female survivors don't scream when hooked by him.
