How to understand it? Everyone has abilities and he has several and they are all taken from other killers, have you run out of ideas or what? Remove or nerf it.

First, don’t format your text like that, it’s annoying to have to scroll versus just being able to read. Secondly, yes, the Devs are running out of ideas. Almost 40 Killers in the game on a game engine that’s powered by a potato. Even if they wanted to come up with new stuff we’ve never seen, the game can’t handle it.
They’re never going to remove him and he doesn’t need nerfs. Git Gud.

Why nerfing him? Dracula is far from being too strong:
Yes he is infact able to be a threat compared to some other killers, but it's not like you couldn't do anything. His hellfire is precise and has a relatively long chargetime with a sound cue. His pounce has a relatively long chargetime with a sound cue, the hitbox is huge for objects and a little bit to small for survivors arguably, outside of his pounce the wolf is a slightly faster m1-killer but that even makes him usable because he would be without it a m1 without the ability to mindgame. Lastly the bat is fast and has a relatively nice teleport, but it's not like it doesn't take skill, your still playing kind of a version of spirit.
And I agree with @Huge_Bush, stop using this format please, it's super annoying to read like this on the phone xD
