Huge price increase in some regions (Kazakhstan, Ukraine, other regions)

Hello, yesterday i decided to check DBDs page on Steam and i saw different prices for some DLCs and game itself in Kazakhstan and UA regions.
It was quite surprising to me, 'cause they've already raised prices before.

Now, for the base game you need 6177 tenge and for the UA 429
Before this week or maybe two game cost 4499 and 299 in UA.

I'm not exaggerating, for the Ukraine region they raised prices almost doubled.
And i'm not blind, i was buying Alien, Nicholas Cage and Castlevania chapters with much, much low cost on the release of the new DLC

I want to hear your opinions about this thing and find out, what other regions got

    It seems they raised prices on September 10. It's what SteamDB tells me on Nicholas Cage DLC page.

    I know they announced adjusting prices because of cross-play, though I think steam also adjusts prices depending on region which is probably the reason.
