after 5 weeks "Bardic Inspiration" still doesn't work

Dear [Support Team/Game Developer],
I hope this message finds you well. I would like to bring to your attention that the "Bardic Inspiration" perk has not been functioning properly for over five weeks now. This is my favorite perk in the game, and while it was fixed three weeks ago when it had no effect at all, the current issue persists. For the past three weeks, the perk's effect only lasts for a few seconds, making it almost unusable.
I kindly ask that you investigate this issue and provide a solution as soon as possible. I really enjoy playing the game, and this bug is affecting the overall experience on PC for me.
