    Make Your Choice

Depends on the killer you want to run it on, honestly, but I think Make Your Choice is slightly better since it doesn't rely as much on other perks for synergy.

Hangman's Trick is probably one of the, if not THE worst killer perks in the game right now.

    Make Your Choice

Surveillance is only good when paired with auto regression perks like Ruin

    Make Your Choice

Scourge Hook: Hangman's Trick went from being a fairly solid perk to counter sabotage, to a niche perk that nobody used, to an even more niche perk that even less people use in a massive nerf disguised as a "buff". Easily one of the worst Killer perks.

Make Your Choice is fairly solid on high-mobility Killers who can take advantage of both knowing WHO the unhooker was, and the actual Exposed effect. It kind of looses effectiveness when multiple people are playing the same Survivor though.

Surveillance is good when you have Ruin and basically no other time. It's also completely incompatible with other gen perks that make gens yellow (Trail of Torment, Eruption, Call of Brine, etc.), all of which are better than it anyway.
