SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:i can't load into dead by daylight on ps4

PLATFORM:PS4 id name wildcard66613

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:i had just finished a match as the Hillbilly got a 4K i was going to level up my character and the game froze so i restarted the game wont go past the loading screen takes forever to move past updating chat privilege and will give an error code 8,012 when requesting Authentication
