Just a quick PSA that PSN is down for unknown reasons and players cannot play online. Please Note this information before contacting Player Support or opening bug reports.
Another FYI!
If you own any digital PS games that do not have online play and notice you can't play those either, simply go to Settings on your console and disconnect from the internet. Your offline games will then function.
