Post-PTB and PTB Skull Merchant changes need scrapping before update launch

I'm sorry to say it BHVR, but this "middle ground" just isn't gonna work out. If you've managed to get it to where both SM haters and SM players both hate the "middle ground" you came up with and her PTB changes were the worst killer change since Billy's Overheat mechanic(if not then one of the worst) then that means that it's a total failure and should just be scrapped.
You clearly DID NOT listen to what anybody said on the PTB in regards to her as almost nobody wanted you to make a middle grounds for those changes nor even allow those changes to go through to live at all.
