Why is nemesis so strong now

I have been in matches were nemesis's zombies interrupt survivors on gens and also his tentacle has too much range I remember looping nemesis and I did not even drop the pallet and he was 10 feet from me but some how his tentacle still hit me and it shouldn't have. Plus his tentacle ranges are very strong like even when I try to 360 or dodge somehow he still hits me.

    Basekit Nemmy is completely fine imo, but Marvin's Blood gets him to tiers 2 and 3 insanely quickly. And every Nemesis runs it along with Licker Tongue because all his other add-ons are pretty bad. Also the visual feedback on his tentacle doesn't quite match the hitbox.
