Skull Merchant's spawn animation is still broken (8.3.0)

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: During the start of a match as the Skull Merchant, her spawn animation will weirdly reset and jump back and forth. After the animation finishes, she will briefly move into her FPV pose which looks very broken from the side and shouldn't normally be visible.
PLATFORM: PC (Steam and EGS)
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Just start the game as the Skull Merchant.
