Playing killer with one friend and random lobby

I want to play as a killer with one of my friends and a full lobby with random friends. Is that possible? I see the "killer with friends" option but it'll only be the two of us. Friday the 13th has that option but this game doesn't offer this for some odd reason. Any help?

    You mean you want to play as a killer with one of your friends and 3 random players as the survivors? No, that's not possible.

    It’s not for some odd reason. It’s for a good reason. So you would not farm other people and share information whereabouts other survivors etc.

    No it isn't possible, and probably will never be possible under normal circumstances. Don't bring in F13's options into DbD because that would really ruin the game.

    Though I do know of a way on how to find your friend in a online lobby without KYF I had stopped because I realized it was unfun for the randoms when I was the only one who survived because the killer was a friend of mine.

    You need correct timing, patience, and luck. That's all I will say since I stopped this practice and would rather leave it buried. Best you just play as survivor with your friend or such.

    Well, your survivor friend can always jump lobby until they get into your lobby.
