Spectral Crow Charm Missing 'Bird' Tag

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When searching for 'bird' in the Charm screen, the Spectral Crow Charm doesn't appear, even though it's a bird.
PLATFORM: PC, Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Unlock the Spectral Crow Charm, then use the search function in the Charm section of any character's customization menu to search for 'bird' or 'birds'.
VIDEO: I don't have a video, but I do have a screencap. As you can see, I have the Spectral Crow Charm selected, but it doesn't appear as a 'bird'. If it did, it would appear after the event bird charms.
