Soma Cruz's voice line appears in subtitle even though there is no sound

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Explained in title. At the start of the match, his voice lines would sometimes appear in subtitle even though no word is said or there is no voice lines for him in the match.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Play as Soma Cruz
- Enable subtitle
- Try until his voice lines appear in subtitle
