What main menu is better on your opinion?

I don't like new main menu UI. I think the 2021 (when buttons was centered and big) was the best one, so I went here to cry about it, but what do you think?

    I still hate that they removed the Next and Previous buttons for cycling through your chars :-( It is awfully clunky.
