Nintendo Switch Cross Progress Problem

Hi guys. I try to link my Nintendo Switch account for cross progression. When step1 is complete, it not goes to step2. It still stuck at step1. After that i try to click Continue, the screen still stuck at step1. Is cross progress for Nintendo Switch is down?(23/10/2024)

I have no problem cross progress for the Steam and PS account.

Is anyone can cross progress for Nintendo Switch account successfully?

Try doing that step in a Google Chrome browser. I did it just fine but others have said you have to use incognito mode. Let me know how it goes. Also, if you're doing the linking on your phone, use desktop mode in the browser.

I had try using Google Chrome incognito mode on my PC. The result still not success, stuck at step1.

I would suggest visiting the support site and clicking on the chat box to easily ask DBD Support if there is an issue currently.

They may have a suggestion for you to bypass that.
