Will we ever get our horror back?

I want a real discussion with y'all. Do you think horror in this game will be gone? I think so. We're slowly moving away from horror and instead of horror, it's going to be an action-orientated game where the game is focusing on chasing and not hide & seek. They already are tackling perks that protect you from aura reading. I wouldn't be surprised if they tackle blindness status effect eventually. Fog and murky offerings are extinguished. I hate how the graphics looks nowadays.

I want the real horror looks back. It's why I joined Dead by Daylight in the first place. The aesthetics back then was phenomenal.
