Is post rework Knight just bad?
I've only just played Knight for the first time after the rework and he just feels bad.
I dont even wanna say he is bad outright, but something is weird and doesnt feel good.
I've looked at posts from when the rework was fresh, but it all just sounds and feels like they added unneeded complexity and counterplay that I cannot properly influence.
Is he just bad? Are his addons just bad? I really dont understand what the game wants of me when I play Knight.
I try to set up long patrols, but all that does is block me from utilizing my power somewhere else.

He's always been extremely janky and glitchy and his updates have never addressed that properly. Yes, his add-ons are bad. Yes, he's kind of bad. Not the worst but very far from the best.

Just seems that pre-rework I at least got some value, now every other game is a 4 man escape because I unintentionally cancel a guard I set up before, the map has really bad geometry to even set up patrols, and when I use my power in chase, I go into an obvious "I'm powering now"-Stance and suddenly have to tell where survivors go by sound alone.

I been doing fine with him. He not that brainless to run. Just don't stay too much near your ai guard.

He's in a better spot now then before. He now has a lot of map pressure when played right.

Insane highs, Insane lows.
Those insane lows are probably hitting you really hard, which makes getting good at him a bit harder than most. Don't give up, make sure to have a headset AND you should be alright!

Honestly as a survivor playing against the knight, unless your squad brings all gen rush perks there is no "counter play" to the knight. He keeps one person constantly running from his summon while he slugs others, one gen regression perk and one undetectable perk and ggs.

way better than orginal knight. Best rework behavior done in a minute 8 out of 10

terrible killer
1 - AI gets exploited by experienced survivors.
2 - Assassin guard has longer cooldown then Vecna's fly spell. in general, the guards having cooldown are massive downgrade to his old iteration
3 - The drawbacks look artificial. all of them put sour taste in mouth as if i am playing some balanced survivor main product over a character.

nah pre rework knight was a contender for worst addons for killer but with the rework he no longer has the worst addons
