killer power connected to terror radius

hello, i had the idea of a possible future killer in dbd having a power that was connected to their terror radius, i think it would be a unique thing to be added, because from what i've seen a very large handful of killers just have the same power with a different coat of paint on it, along side the idea i also came up with a concept of a killer but i haven't gotten the time to fully think on it some more though, still i just wanted to post my thought abt the concept on here

    Doctor used to work like that, we has awfully weak and boring tho. He still does work based on hsi terror radius, legions power also works with terror radius.

    I mean Doctor and Legion's powers are heavily connected to their respective Terror Radius.
