Killer Sided or Survivor Sided?

In my opinion the game is still survivor sided. They have toolboxes, flashbang perk, and blast mine perk. I always use lightborn because of these. Lightborn isn't even part of the base perks which it should be. And barely even works against blast mine. You have to wait for it to be in the shrine of secrets or prestige the hillbilly who I rarely ever see played.
