Should all my training in accuracy end up with a flashlight? So I will make the best of it

The amount of time to act to blind the killer will be faster by 5/10/15%.The effect of this perk is only on the first flashlight. It will take 2 seconds longer for the flashlight battery to run out

I don't need to lose anything because I worked for it.

(i think all of us want this perk )
