SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Kate's default shorts look unnatural/broken. It's been like this for more than a year.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
It's just how her shorts cosmetics have been for a while, whether in my game, or on streamers' games.
VIDEO:
Not a video, but it's not necessary. Here you can compare Sable's skirt and Kate's shorts. Sable's skirt's waste line is naturally curvy, while Kate's shorts' is stretched up and looks like it's sewn onto her belly. It looks very unnatural.
PLAYER LOGS:
- Since it's a cosmetic issue that's been present for probably more than a year now, I don't think logs are needed.
