Yes. why do I need to see progress of heal / gates? It's nothing but useless. It isn't huge improvement at all

Same, I was expecting more impactful QOL buffs to solo survivor. Like making info perks like Kindred partially basekit for survivors to help bridge the strength gap with SWFs.

Because then you know if a gate is close to done, or the status of the healing?

Survivors try not to complain IMPOSSIBLE

ofc, cuz soloq is trash and devs couldn't care less about it.

Agree. The HUD improvements are bad. I wish we could the see the status effects of our teammates because this would help alot to help them and - in soloq - to call out killer perks. One thing that I really hate (for example) is Plaything because in SoloQ you have no idea that your teammate is affected and you think "How stupid is my teammate, runs into the killer" because you don't know about Plaything. Same if a survivor is exposed and you could bodyblock for them. Same for Anti-Facecamp meter. I don't want handholding the survivors but good QoL changes for SoloQ to avoid frustrating situations and to make the gap between SoloQ and SWF smaller in a good way. These improvements would also be rather useless for SWF because these are infos that they can already call out.

The killer should also see the timer of status effects they apply on survivors because this would many perks more reliable which helps with a better perk variety (some perks like Make Your Choice or Friends til the end do this but other ones like Languid Touch or Addons don't do it).

Knowing if your teammate is self caring through sloppy butcher or using a faster heal so you can decide to hop off gen to unhook isn't "useless". Knowing if your teammate is 99% the gate or was forced off by the killer isn't "useless".

Calling these changes useless is a big stretch, they are most definitely useful. However I do agree that they need to do more with it. Anti-camp meter is a must. I thought that would've been their priority.

It's very very minor, it isn't gonna help in like 80% of your matches. And it's sure doesn't address the core issues with lack of info in soloq.

Another proof - if it was needed - Devs doesn't read carefully enough their own forum - suggestions & feedbacks section - because all they need to check it in depth is already mentioned on it.

The HUD improvements are definitely not useless, but what I was looking forward to the most was seeing anti-camp progress on the activity HUD. Killers proxy camping hook and filling up the bar, then solos showing up because they have zero info about that and preventing the anti camp from filling is a big issue, and I've felt like it should have been visible to teammates from the moment it was introduced. Really, really hope they look into this.

It's not bad, but it could be more info: for example showing other survivors the plot twist icon next to a different oneso they can see that survivor is downed because of this perk

The things they added aren't useless at all, seeing exact progress on more interactions (especially gates and healing) is good info to have.

But I agree they definitely should add the anti-camp meter, it's long overdue.

Giving basekit aura perks is "too confusing" so we'll never get anything useful I guess

Agree but it isn't the case, they could give some signs about perks in HUD like deliverance / DS / OTR etc. overall perks in HUD is a good idea and I don't see single downside to it. But devs are "afirad" to give people too much info or like Mathieu said in recent interview it's DBD's magic that feeling of "uncertainty" and "being mad at your teammates" so guess we are doomed. Cuz it's a bad thing solo players being close to swf's in terms of info and coordination.

People are going to flame and cry about teammates no matter. You literally get judged for playing certain survivor skins before the lobby even begins.
