Does BHVR have a set schedule to change Auric Cells Badges?

I need to buy some Auric Cells but there's no new promotional Banner...

I feel like I got this Pumpkin Kitty Badge a while ago, but I don't want to make a purchase today and then find there's a change tomorrow and have missed out.

Does anyone know when the Auric Cells promotions change? For example, every week? Every month?

    I imagine they change when there's a new release or event. So the nearest change would be the chapter release sometime late November.
