Myers buff is a bit... underwhelming?
I think they are heading in the right direction with these changes here, nerf to the unfair addons and buff the basekit. But now that tombstone and infinite tier 3 are nerfed wouldn't it make sense to give Myers basekit and his other garbage addons some more love? He's literally still a garbage m1 killer with no chase power or map pressence. These number changes are certainly going to make him feel a bit better to play but definitely not enough to move him even close to a mid tier killer. Maybe give him a bit more buffs in tier 3 like faster pallet breaking speed and faster stun/blind recovery? Like come on it takes so long to build up your power and all you get is a slightly bigger lunge and slightly faster vault speed.

Honestly not even much of a buff. The biggest changes was the things that shouldn't have been there day 1 being that distance reduces stalk amount and 4.2 m/s in t1.

These are the changes for reference. Doubling the amount of stalk per survivor is a pretty big deal. Personally, I think the amount of stalk on a survivor should regenerate over time but doubling the amount will likely be enough. But I think you guys are underestimating the buff a fair amount. You move faster in tier 1, takes less time to get to tier 2, increase the amount of stalk you gain from distance but lowers amount of stalk up close and doubles the total amount of stalk Michael can do on each survivor.
I think it would be cool if tier 3 Myers had increased everything. Increase breaking speed, picking up survivors, snuffing out boons, hooking, immune to blinds, faster recovery from stuns, etc. I think it makes more sense for stalking from a distance being more powerful than stalking from up close but I get the feeling that the close stalk range should have a little better modifier. Maybe .6 instead of .4. But I like where it is going.

I’m honestly happy with the changes they gave him fair buffs without removing his core identity he’s still Myers
They didn’t Freddy him and remove all his unique abilities they kept him the same which I like

I don't want to have to put in extra rework, I want to keep it to a modest tweaking of the numbers. Even if he doesn't make it to Tier 1, he should be able to use it occasionally for a change of pace and to do role-plays and memento challenges.

So his Iri addons and Tombstone Piece are pretty much dead in the water, I think that's fine at least for Tombstone Piece. But the double iri wasn't ever all that strong to begin with, against halfway competent survivors these addons are worthless now. They weren't very fun to play against to begin with, but I think at least the Iri addons were nerfed a little too hard. The achievement will be insanely hard to get now though, unless you can cheese it by using mori and just playing him in Tier 2 with the double Iri or something, not sure how that works.
Either way, I think you're sleeping on how big of a buff this really is. You can now stalk people from afar at full speed, you need less stalk to reach tier 2, Lock of Hair got a huge buff, you have double the max stalk on each survivor so running out of power will hardly ever be an issue. He stalks slower up close, but I think the long distance stalk being so much better counteracts that so it's fine. You may have to change your playstyle to be more stealthy and sneaky with your stalks though, it's not as effective to run at survivors and try to stalk them in chase.
I like the changes, curious to see how strong he feels when he goes live. Lock of Hair + Memorial for stalk speed will undoubtably be the strongest addon combo.

Make no mistake piece is still very much viable. I've seen several people test it.

That t3 Myers is a great idea. In our council of Pig mains, there was so the idea to make his distance stalking more effective. When stalking right now, you only get the full stalk-speed with max distance. This results in Myers having to awkwardly move backwards and forward while stalking to maintain optimal stalking speed.
The idea to fix this is to make his stalking speed decline from 30m to 0m and have the full stalking speed between 30 and 40. It would make him less awkward to play and negate the counterplay of survivors walking a little bit towards you to make your stalk worse.

Not just viable. It felt better. You can get it off on one survivor now up to 4 times due to the increased stalk per survivor. On top of this, and I hope it's a bug, when I morid someone, I would go back to t2 with 50% stalk remaining. That's not good at all.
If combined with green stalk (memorial) it still performs just as well (if not better) in some instances.
This addon needs a rework NOW. It holds him down.

Tombstone piece is very much not dead. Not by a long shot.

Yeah, I tested it against bots and like you mentioned earlier, getting back to 50% stalk progress is wild. Has to be some kind of bug. It's strange because with current Tombstone Piece, you'll also go back to 20% ish progress after a Mori, but I don't think that's supposed to happen.
If you went all the way down to 0%, then it would be much more balanced.

I would just rework the damn thing and buff Myers accordingly. It's holding him down because of its effect being almost game breaking.
It's been 8 years. It's time to end it.
