Houndmaster is cool but has very rough edges
I'm gonna get straight to the point. I love the new killer but there's some very obvious things that make her frustrating to play that I think can be very easily fixed.
Search Mode- It's so hard to get the marker to actually snap onto gens. Honestly would not hate it if you could only send the dog to gens in search mode as often times you're never going to send the dog out to a random area of the map anyway. It was coded like Nurse's blink when really it should be coded like Freddy's Teleport. The range of houndsense should also increase so the mode is better at the tracking I assume it's intended for.
Chase Mode-Honestly this is Wesker all over again. Make the hit detection slightly wider and that fixes 90% of the problem with chase mode. I also think there should be a minimum distance the dog goes so it doesn't just stop and get stuck on objects as often as it does.
That's kind of it, I think the killer is great it just needs polishing so you can play the character faster and not have to fight the cursor in search mode to get the dog to go where you want and watch the dog slide past survivors it's an inch away from.

Her scout mode definitely needs some love.
When bhvr makes killers they need to keep console users in mind. Will she be console friendly? From what I am seeing no, but I am looking forward to playing her. She might even be my other main.2 -
Honestly as a controller PC player I genuinely think she might be better on controller than M+K cuz she felt fine to me but Otz seemed to be struggling a bit when I watched him.
How she controls in general isn't intuitive but once you figure it out she's not bad on controller at all IMO. At least in comparison to Vecna and Drac.

Thats really good news because I like her and I really want her to be my second main. There is something I just love about her.
