No Quarter applies broken before 75%

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: No Quarter applies broken to survivor if they stop self-healing at any point, even before the 75% skill checks.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

  1. Killer equips No Quarter
  2. Survivor starts a self heal and quickly stops at less than 75%
  3. Survivor become broken.
