Feedback: Killer Updates
Dracula:
Increasing the shapeshift cooldown to 3.5 seconds seems fair to give the survivors the option to reach a safer spot after getting hit. You can still switch constantly between the forms smoothly and it won't affect the gameplay that much. Thus, 3.5 seconds should be the maximum since otherwise he will feel clunky again like he did with the 5 seconds cooldown.
Increasing the Hellfire cooldown to 10 seconds is also fair. I think the intention is to punish the killer more for missing because when you hit a survivor, you will switch to bat form, catch up, shape back, reposition, and then 10 seconds are nearly over. Now, you get more punished for missing, which is fair. In addition, it might also be that the cooldown should encourage the killer to use Wolf form more because this is the second ability he has to hit a survivor. Beyond that, having a longer cooldown on a strong attack, makes the cooldown Addons more useable because currently it feels useless to decrease a cooldown that is already low. However, it would be great if you, the developers, could also increase the movement speed when holding and canceling hellfire (from 2.0 to like 3.m/s), reduce the charge time to like 0.7 seconds, or to give Dracula the ability to flick like Huntress and Pyramid Head can do. Giving him one of these three as an exchange for a longer cooldown would be fair.
Wolf form: The buffs are nice but he needs more buff in terms of detection: My suggestion: the spawn rate for a running survivor is 5seconds, for a walking survivor 10seconds, and for a crouching survivor 15seconds. This would make it much better to find survivors in Wolf form and gives more reasons to use him. Currently, this form still feels sometimes underwhelming and making the form better by nerfing the others is not the best solution.
I am also very surprised that you did not nerf/rework the Medusa's Hair and Lapiz Lazuli Addon because they make the Bat form so oppressive. the Addon Iridecent Ring of Vlad also needs a rework (useless Addon) and could be something that makes the Wolf pounces better like increasing their length by one meters. Wolf form can also become more popular by giving him more addons that changes the way you play him or that makes him more fun to play. A meme addon could also be that by collecting an Orb he no longer gets a haste bonus but becomes Undetectable for 5 seconds (just an example).
Demogorgon:
Overall fine and will make the portals more useable. However, he still needs some Addon reworks because currently (to give one example) he has the Violet Waxtape Addon that gives him +1 extra second Undetectable, the Vermilion Webcap that gives him +3 extra seconds Undetectable, and the Red Moss that gives him +8 seconds Undetectable. This is so stupid. Buff the Vermilion Webcap Addon to +5 seconds and rework the Violet Waxtape to something like "apply Mangled and Haemorrhage for 80 seconds on the survivor if you hit them with your shred". This would be much better instead of the redundant Addons. The Downside of the Deer Lunge (-2 portals) could also be removed. Some portal Addons should get a rework and instead focusing around his Shred (like the suggested change to Violet Waxtape or Addons that extend his shred length and speed). His Shred is his fun part - not his portals. He has so many addons but most of them focus on the portal despite the shred is the most fun one.
Ghost Face:
Tiny but welcoming changes. However, he will still be a rather weak killer. In my opinion, the drop leg knife sheath Addon should become halfbasekit to reward surprise attacks more. The reveal mechanic also needs some changes to make him smoother. Lastly, since leaning became server based, leaning feels so bad because sometimes a lean gets canceled and then fixed and this is so annoying.
A bigger change to buff him could also be to reward him for filling the stalking on different survivors - kinda like Dredge, Wesker, and Unknown gets rewarded for spreading power on different survivors.
Good Guy:
He still needs some nerfs → Increase the cooldown to 15 seconds and buff the cooldown reducing addons at bit. His Power is really strong and oppressive but easy to use which means the survivors should get a bigger reward for dodging it and the killer a bigger punishment for missing/using wrong. Give him his 180 flicks and window scamper without using slice and dice back to increase the skill ceiling would be also nice. Also Rat Poison Addon needs a rework and not a nerf. Other Addons need a rework too because they are so useless.
Lich:
Reducing cooldown is more than welcome but Fly should have a 20 seconds cooldown because it is a chase tool (catch up and outplay pallets and windows) but also map mobility. In addition, the duration of fly should be increased to 5 seconds so he can deal better with bigger maps. The Sphere cooldown should have 30 seconds cooldown, especially now with the magic item disable nerf. Mage Hand should get the 35 seconds buff - not a nerf. Lastly, I think nerfing the pearl addon is rather bad because it is not as free as the yellow cooldown addon and only rewards the killer for getting a hit (doing good)
Mastermind:
Fine. However, Egg should become half basekit and the Wesker hug tech should be removed from the game. It might also be a good choice to make the unicorn addon basekit because Weskers power becomes so much better to use with this Addon. So maybe make this addon basekit and then rework it that it gives you the current way his power power works.
Shape:
Tombstone needs a rework and not a big nerf. Just rework this stupid Addon and remove the achivement. This would be a fair and healthy solution. Otherwise, the killer needs a hole rework and Addon rework. He is so outdated. The new buffs and changes are good while we wait for a rework but don't wait too long.

I mostly agree with all these. Especially Ghostie. Fix him. Please. Every time they adjust Singu or Unknown his reveal breaks. That should never happen.
