Why the game doesn’t have Transfer progress from one PSN to another?

the game is improving everyday, but i still wonder why the game doesn’t have transfer progress from one PSN/Xbox account to another PSN/xbox account? Every single game i know such as overwatch/valorant/fortnite all of them have the progress in the account itself, and people can unlink a platform (psn/xbox etc) and link a new account at the same platform. Since we already have cross-progression i hope in the future we can have transfer progression, so we can unlink an account and add another one at the same platform even if it’s synced.
