Myers stalk resource changes

They're currently planning on doubling the supply each survivor has, which is nice.

But I just checked through the entire killer roster, and there are only two killers that have a non-renewable/reusable resources they use that depletes over the course of the match: Myers and Pig

Ghostface, who has a very similar power, can infinitely stalk
Pig, it makes sense for traps to be limited because of how powerful they are.
Myers gets this penalty as a way to keep him from getting all his stalking done on one easy survivor. However, this has the effect of a limited pool gradually depleting and potentially running out over the course of a match.

If you give everyone a slow passive regen, this would be somewhat resolved.
If stalking is done unevenly he'll still get that penalty. If a match goes on for a while though, he'll no longer run out of power.

Also according to the wiki, the survivor closest to the Shape is the one that gets stalked. Is this still true in the PTB?

Another option is, when myers enters tier 2 or 3, put the amount of stalk required (minus addons) back into the survivors spread evenly between them.

With him being able to get double the amount of stalk per survivor now he can pop up to something like 14 tier 3's I believe. That's with no add ons. Nobody should really be struggling with that much stalk at your disposal.

I was a supporter of passive stalk regain on survivors too. But after seeing the stalk buff on the PTB, and how many times you can pop tier 3, and how much faster he stalks now at a distance, its practically like having infinite tier 3. You can pop tier 3 so many times.

You shouldn't even need that many tier 3's to win. But if by some circumstance you do use them all and you're still losing then that is on the Mikey player.

There's only three things I would like for them to add to him. A little buff to tier 3 where he can break pallets faster to go with the mega lunge and fast vault speed. I would like the stalk multiplier for close range stalking bumped up to 0.6. And finally I would love if they gave us an activation prompt for tier 3. Like with Oni's power.

I understand why the stalking depletion was originally added to his kit when Myers was first made (to prevent the killer from infinitely stalking an AFK survivor) but honestly they could just make it so survivors who get crows on them immediately become unstalkable (until they start moving ofc)

For clarification, I originally meant regenerating stalk instead of the currently planned buff to the resource pool. Or at least, making the buff smaller.

The old resource pool works great in terms of deterring singling someone out for too long… the issue is when you find that same survivor later and they're still of no use to you. That is what I was trying to suggest a fix for.

Stalking from a long distance allows a large amount of time to hide in the shadows, and stalking from a short distance has a significantly reduced gauge increase, so I felt that 5gen would be completed in an instant if I continued to fight as before. In particular, the sharing of killer's position by VCPT has become more difficult than before, so we have to think of some way to fight properly on a board where we cannot stalk from a distance and have to get up close and personal.

Running out of stalk entirely is almost impossible now.

But it is absolutely still possible to run out of stalk on 1 particular survivor
