8.4.0 New Perks Feedback

All-Shaking Thunder
This perk in right maps is hideous for survivors. Repeating uses makes lunge after lunge with almost zero time efficiency penalty to it's users. It needs to be disabled after one lunge, and cooldown should be increased. Since it'll disable after one lunge, duration could be increased dramatically, like around 90 seconds.

Scourge Hook: Jagged Compass
This perk is amazing. My only feedback would be; since transforming normal hooks into scourge hooks is possible now, can we buff Hangman's Trick so sabotaged hooks became scourge hook?

No Quarter
Since it's only work on self-heal, the effect is horribly overpowered but only comes in effect in rare scenarios. But in same time, a haemorrhage effect essentially does same slowdown to survivors - so this perk feels badly designed to me. Neither weak or powerful, just weird.

Invocation: Treacherous Crows
A rng dependant effect, but quite a strong one. Especially when combined with Eyes of Belmont, this perk would create nightmare situations for non-stealth killers. However, the trade of being broken for one survivor for whole game and crows being extremely rng dependant, I think this perk is perfect in terms of balance, and would make niche builds.

Clean Break
I think this perk is perfectly balanced for survivors who want gens to be done. I can see it synergize with We'll Make It, then rushing back to the nearest gen to complete it together. It'll save around 10-20 seconds, which is quite OK.

Shoulder the Burden
This perk is extremely problematic, and would skyrocket it's pick-rate if it comes in game as it is. First of all, this is an anti-tunnel perk that doesn't come in plan exclusively when killer tunnels. Then in killers' perspective; if I am an ill-mannered killer whose going to tunnel someone out of the game, I'd simply camp the hook until anti-camp meter fill out, and forcing the survivor to unhook themselves to avoid this perk - or slug once I realize it's come into the play. I think the intention and idea is amazing, but execution is questionable.
