Myers QoL
one thing that Myers is missing, is some compensation for his massive slowdown when stalking. He should get some haste after stalking for more than 2sec something like 5% for 5sec, similar to trapper after setting a trap. Other than that some good changes for him.

that's his perk. play with your food. it grants you haste but it only works obsession. typically it is not used because Myer's doesn't need to stalk entire game to use his ability but certain add-on like….. infinity t3 and mori add-on require extensive stalking…. which is where the perk get used.
I still think Myer's reward for stalking at base-kit isn't very good. instant down and slightly faster vaults isn't good enough of reward. Instant down is mechanic that typically allows killer to be more efficient time-wise at getting downs but stalking defeats this advantage and than having an ability slightly faster vaulting speed for poor early game is not good enough reward. as result, i don't think Myer's is any better. his base-kit is as bad as before.
the only difference is his add-on are worse which makes him worse since those add-on are also his best add-on's. So overall, Myer's received more nerfs than buffs.

He moves faster in tier 1, he gets double the amount of stalk per survivor, he can pop up to 14 tier 3's now, he gets to tier 2 in half the time he did from before, and he stalks much faster from a distance.
In what reality is his base kit as bad as it was before.

you don't need 14 tier 3's to win the game. at best, regular myer's need around 5 or 6 tier 3 to win but the problem is that his tier 3 has no potency. he gains too little reward for being in tier 3. His vulnerability to pallet dropping and his pure m1 gameplay that relies on survivors to entirely misplay loops.
gaining stalk from further away is worse then gaining stalk from far away. survivor can use high-walls and make you go around tight structures so you can't get high amount of stalk in chase. Myer's now gets punished like Ghostface for not playing stealth. it is thematic to his character but it is overall negative in power-level.

You don't need to be as conservative with your stalk as you did before. Ideally everyone wanted stalk regeneration on survivors. But this solution is just as good. You're right any competent Myers won't need 14 tier 3's to win but it's wonderful he has that luxury. And for the stronger maps it's going to be massively beneficial.
Gaining stalk from a distance is infinitely better than up close because most of the time they don't even spot you in the distance. You can park yourself behind a tree, rock, wall and they don't even see you. Four seconds of stalking them and you already have your tier 3 ready to go. That's infinitely better in every way. Unlike Ghostface he can't be robbed of his power by looking at him and Myers power exposes everyone not just one survivor.
Myers was always going to be an M1 killer. I don't know what unrealistic expectations you had that were going to change that with this update. The only thing I want them to add is he breaks pallets faster in tier 3 to go with the mega lunge and fast vault speed.
Oh and btw tombstone piece is just as strong as before if not stronger under his new base kit. You can easily get four kills with it.

I feel like buffing his tier 3 slightly would go a long way to making it feel good
Tier 3 Buffs make his lung .65 or .7 and give him a 30% tenacity

Stalking, but unmoving Myers should gain undetectable, even in Tier 2.

That is not how PWYF works at all

So, Insidious?
Also, you saying "even in tier 2" suggests it would work when he's tier 1 as well…. When he's already undetectable. (Likely an assumption on my end)
