When is last time you have seen 100% bonus for either side?

Is it me, or it is broken?
Right now if I try to queue for both sides, survivors have like 20-30 seconds and killer is in minutes (makes sense when it is 17:30 here). But I don't have bonus for survivors.
I haven't seen more than 25% bonus in weeks, except event, where default was 50%.

Yesterday night. 150% for survivor.

I've seen 100 during the event in the event lobbies as well as some weird times through out the day in normal lobbies. I also don't know how the bonus works entirely. There have been times where the bonus is higher on survivor for me but it would take a minute + for survivor but only a couple of seconds for killer queue.
